This is Borders store number 23. It opened in the 90s and closed back in May of this year. This was my Borders. It was my favorite place to hang out and buy books and then it became my favorite job. Borders was an incredible experience and no bookstore will ever be able to duplicate that. It breaks my heart to know that the institution is gone, but at least I have all the beautiful books I got there and, more than that, all the beautiful members of my Borders family.
